Greek Pasta

So, I don't know what to call this one, but Beth asked me to post it.

1 Box Bow Tie Pasta
1 Bag Spinich Leaves
Some Feta Cheese
Athenos Green with Feta Cheese Dressing

1. Cook Pasta. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Rinse Spinich.
3. Put a layer of Spinich leaves, a layer of pasta, and sprinkle some feta cheese and repeat!

(This makes a lot, so you can adjust it to your liking. Also, I have not tried the dressing myself, I eat it plain and like it, but others like the dressing)

Cassi made this for Mixed Bag (bless her heart - and you other girls, too! - for helping us out!) and it was super yummy. The other dishes you ladies brought for Mixed Bag should be posted, too!

Matt loved this one! He was craving snow peas so we added those and I wanted to use up our tomatoes, so we added those. It was great. Thanks for this recipe, Cassi!
